How to use:

Put food in the bowl – never fill more than 2/3 full.
Close the lid tightly.
Press to run, release to pause. Run for 3–5 seconds at a time, pause for 2 seconds, then repeat.
Do not run continuously for more than 30 seconds, to protect the motor.
Do not put the motor unit in water – only wash the bowl and blades.
Unplug after use.
